GTS is accredited by NATA

The GTS laboratory has held continuous accreditation from the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA), since 2016. This NATA accreditation is recognised worldwide through the ILAC Mutual Recognition Agreement.

GTS is accredited to Australian standards AS ISO/IEC 17025 Testing and Calibration and our calibrations are performed in accordance with Metrology Society of Australasia Test Methods for Pressure (MSA Test Methods 1 & 2)

Our small team of skilled technicians can provide calibration services for:

  • Industrial Pressure Gauges
  • Industrial Vacuum Gauges
  • Digital Pressure Gauges
  • Differential Gauges

GTS has the unique benefit of being able to supply a pressure gauge from our stock, take it directly to our in-house laboratory for a NATA certification and then ship it out to you. GTS also performs calibrations on pre-owned gauges.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Who is NATA?

For more than 70 years, the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) has been Australia’s leading national accreditation body, recognised by government to assess organisations against key international standards for laboratories and other testing and inspection bodies. The Australian Government recommends the utilisation of NATA accredited facilities whenever it is possible.

What does it mean to be NATA accredited?

  • You can rely on the supplier’s technical competence and capability
  • The organisation is show-casing a quality-centric approach
  • Measurements and tests are accurate and have been conducted in compliance with best practice

What standards are used by NATA to accredit laboratories?

Our NATA accredited laboratory complies with ISO/IEC 17025: Testing and Calibration.

More information on standards used by NATA can be found here.

How do we maintain NATA accreditation?

Like other organisations, GTS maintains its NATA accreditation through regular assessments to ensure continued compliance with the accreditation criteria.

We remain committed to the ongoing expansion of our NATA testing and NATA accreditation requirements to ensure that GTS Gauges is operating to the highest standard.

Our NATA certification comes from skilled NATA auditors and a board of administrators we are advised by appointed specialist technical committees.
