GTS ships goods throughout Australia using StarTrack and Foxline. We can also ship internationally upon request. Free shipping is provided to all online orders placed within Australia.
Expected Delivery Times
Local: 1-2 days
Nationally: 2 days, due to the current COVID situation, this can take as long as 7 days.
Please note:GTS prefers to ship via air freight but in instances with large or heavy orders, we will ship via road freight.
All goods purchased from the GTS store can be returned within 14 days. The request must be submitted with a completed return form.
All returned items must be as is in new condition, with no damage or marking on the item or the box. Upon return, products will be checked in our lab to ensure they are still fully functioning. If damage to the item is found to be due to mishandling, the returned item will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.
